Yes/No Tarot Generator
Hold a clear question in your mind, then draw a single card. A one-card yes/no reading is the oldest and simplest way to use tarot — it gives you a direct answer and a reason to think about it.

How a Yes/No Tarot Reading Works
A one-card yes/no draw uses the card's core orientation to answer a binary question. In the simplified system used here, upright cards pull toward "yes" and reversed cards pull toward "no" — but the meaning is never mechanical. The card also carries a message about why, which is usually the more useful part of the answer.
The tool draws from a curated 22-card Major Arcana deck. The Major Arcana covers the big themes of life — love, career, change, identity — which makes it ideal for questions that actually matter.
How to Ask a Good Yes/No Question
- Keep it binary: "Should I take this job?" beats "What should I do about work?"
- Make it about you: "Is this relationship right for me?" rather than "Is he coming back?"
- Ask once. Repeating the same question invites the same answer with different packaging.
When a Card Reading Is Not Enough
A single card gives you a direction. A live psychic reading gives you context — timing, obstacles, the other person's energy, and the specific path forward. If your question is high-stakes or deeply personal, the readers I've tested on Kasamba, Purple Garden, and Keen can take a question far beyond what a one-card draw can answer, and all three offer introductory trial minutes.
